Corlett Bolton Administration Services Limited (“CBAS”)

Corlett Bolton Administration Services Limited, (“CBAS”) is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority to provide Corporate and Trust Services at its principal place of business in the Island, 4 Finch Road, Douglas.

Corlett Bolton Administration Services Limited was incorporated in 2000 by the partners of Advocates Corlett Bolton & Co, in order to provide professional fiduciary services to Corlett Bolton & Co’s own clients, and to meet an increasing demand for these services, from both local and international private and corporate clients.

Legislation in the Isle of Man provides for the rigorous regulation of Fiduciary Service Providers, as well as regulating Trustee appointments, directorships and the "fitness" of our Fiduciary Services administration capabilities and all our personnel. The services provided by CBAS, (which holds both Corporate Service Provider and Trust Service Provider licences) benefit from the essential link CBAS enjoys with Advocates, Corlett Bolton & Co. This relationship affords ready access to comprehensive legal and compliance advice to the ultimate benefit of all our clients.

All our officers have an in-depth understanding of the fiduciary duties required of a prudent trustee, and the fiduciary duties and obligations of the diligent company director. Our clients enjoy considerable comfort in the knowledge that their personal, trust or company affairs are managed to standards required by both the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority and the Isle of Man Law Society.
